Alright, so with these types of fast food locations the food quality is pretty consistent wherever you go-it's the service and location that makes or breaks a place.

If we wanna talk location, it is the only Panda that's accessible on this side unless you're willing to go into kahala mall or even the royal hawaiian shopping center food court--we all know how that goes though. The only downside of this location is it's parking lot. It shares a parking lot with Safeway, Chronic Tacos, and Genki so parking might be a bit of a struggle on the ground floor. BUT if you don't mind a short walk there's ample parking on the rooftop of Safeway. I don't think a lot of people know about that place. If you park up there make sure you take the elevator unless you find fulfillment in walking down 6 flights of stairs. Highly recommend avoiding the stairs after leg day. To get up there, the ramp is between AT&T and Honey Boba in the corner.

The service? I know I shouldn't be too knit picky about the service because it is a fast food establishment, but they should at least be able to communicate properly. I asked the girl working how long the Honey Walnut shrimp would take and she said 15-20 minutes. I decided to skip it and no joke right after I pay (1 minute later) they finish the honey walnut shrimp. Just my luck I guess. So of course I HAD to get it so I asked the guy if I can add that on and the dude says it's too late . So I just tell him to do a second transaction--i got my shrimp, but if that girl had just communicated with the chef or at least asked how long the shrimp would be...I could've saved myself $7 from buying a premium entree ala carte.

The four stars might be a little harsh, but after the parking situation and being misinformed about the cook time, they lost their chance at a five star rating lol

Love coming to this location. Everything is on point: food quality, customer service etc. We stopped by Friday around 6, this girl (sorry couldn't get her name) was really cool and helpful. Definitely come to this location! It beats all other locations in the island!

Friendly employees. The beef and broccoli was terrible tonight though and my fortune cookie was stale :( Beijing beef fresh. New superfood veggies are a nice mix but lack flavor.

Had a better experience the last two times in. Fresher dishes and the superfood veggies were improved. Friendly employees that try to be quick. My favorites are of course the fried ones - Beijing beef, orange chicken, honey walnut shrimp.

So I went to Panda's yesterday. I know that it was busy, but I waited really long for my food. I was asked for my ID when I was using a cash gift cars and didn't see anyone else after me get asked for their ID and mostly everyone after me paid with card.  My eggplant tofu was burned and wasn't seasoned well. Was bland. The Shanghai Angus was burned. I know that it was busy, buy come on. Cook or manager didn't notice that the tofu was burned or the Shanghai Angus either.

Female clerk was busy packing food for one customer before us, after waiting for a while she called out for help
Male with glasses came out to help us
We asked for tofu: we were told that would take 5 minutes to prepare
We asked for green bean chicken we were told they were out
We wanted only broccoli and he couldn't think of just giving us broccoli
The broccoli kale plate looked sad, old like it was there for a while
7 pm was our visit time
    The service was below mediocre
    The food didn't look fresh
He said he was the manager on site but his attitude lacked the customer service urgency one would expect from a manager
For customers who only wanted broccoli and not to be able to fulfill such requests is sad
    The place looked clean
